1. Project Overview

Ookeenga Web3 Game is the first product of a long-term visionary project of the Ookeenga franchise, including Web2 games, mobile games, and merchandise that revolve around the world of Ookeenga.

Inspired by the hit game Clash Royale which has easy but addictive gameplay, Ookeenga is set in a world where insects have evolved and built a massive civilization. The game is a combination of 3 genres that are common in the gaming community: Real-time Strategy, Collectible Card, and Tower Defense. This makes the game easy to pick up but takes time to master.

2. Project Highlights

Ookeenga will bring back the ‘Play’ factor in Play-Own-Earn system by building on its core strengths:

Unlock devastating, tactical attacks against other players
80 million unique heroes with different skill sets, ready to serve players’ ruling
Treasury box to get NFT items and resources to empower the core gameplay
Earning from Land NFT by building villages , hunting monsters, mining resources & questing dungeons in Ookeenga’s ever-expanding open world. Land Feature will be introduced in Q3 2022 and officially released in H1 2023.
Future AR/VR integration

Players will need 3 Heroes to participate in Ookeenga battles. Each Hero will bring the player 2 unit cards, and 1 spell card. Each standard hero has its own unique appearance, attributes, skills, and troops — depending on its tribe, class, element, and individual body parts. The match ends after 3 mins, or the player destroys the opponent’s main tower.

TAO TUAN LINH — CEO & Game Director

15 years of experience in Design, Animation, and Game Development. Graduating from Unitec Auckland in 2012 (design and animation), he taught at Hoa Binh university in Ha Noi and private design school FPT Arena before producing games with his studio for 7 years. He has since worked on stories and been the production lead of many projects in the industry.

TRAN NGOC THIEN — COO

Over 10 years of experience in the IT industry and 3 years as a high-level manager before starting his own business, Thien — COO of CROS, makes the most effective company management plan to bring the best of every member’s abilities into the projects.

BACH DUC TRONG — CMO

Being a professional writer with 4 years as a content manager and 7 years as a book author, Trong has a strong knowledge and sense of human insight. He takes the role of CROS CMO, making sure that all the team’s messages will make their way to the users’ minds and hearts.

NGUYEN DUC HOANG — Game Designer

Hoang is a game designer at CROS, the backbone of every game. He is a researcher and lecturer in Game Design & Development, VR Technology at PTIT, with a Ph.D. in VR Technology. Having been the CEO of Beenet Game Publisher and Coordinator with Samsung, Nokia, Microsoft, he continues to chase his life motto “turn dreams in real life into reality in virtual life” in CROS products.
